How to initiate a replacement, return and / or refund.

If you ordered an item from jessica-murphy.com, you can initiate a return from your email receipt, by logging into your account, if you created one, or using the below form. I am happy to work with you on replacements. Please see the general policy below for guidelines and timeframes.
Handmade Items from Etsy
If you ordered an item from my Etsy shop, you can initiate a return / refund through Etsy. I am happy to work with you on individual orders, so please be sure to contact me (using the below form or Message Shop Owner in Etsy)
General Return Policy for Etsy & Direct Sales
Please report issues using the customer service contact form within 30 days of [expected] delivery to ensure a smooth process. Include a detailed description and photos.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Replacement item will be shipped with no cost to you!
Timeframe: submit the contact form below within 30 days of delivery
Include a detailed description of the issue and photos, including at least one photo showing the product in its entirety. Be sure the issue can be seen in the photo!
Lost in Transit - Tracking Says Delivered
Contact the carrier for details.
Timeframe: submit the contact form below within 30 days of expected delivery date.
If the carrier marked the shipment’s status as delivered, we recommend you inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. Please note I do not typically cover lost packages by the carrier, but will handle on a case-by-case scenario.
Lost in Transit - Not-Delivered
Correct Address Supplied
Lost items sent to the correct address will be reshipped at no cost to you.
Timeframe: submit the contact form within 30 days of estimated delivery date
To initiate a problem-report, please submit a contact form. By doing so, you agree to the following:
The address used for shipping is correct
You have checked with plausible neighbors and the post office to ensure the package wasn’t misdelivered
Incorrect Address
Once the item is returned to me by the carrier, I can reship it to an updated address. I do ask that you cover the cost of reshipping (price varies).
Timeframe: submit the contact form within 30 days of estimated delivery date
Provide an updated shipping address. Once the item is received back, I can have it reshipped and will contact you for reshipping costs’ payment.
Changed Mind
If you've changed your mind, please contact me for the return process. Please note you will be responsible return shipping costs.
